Recreational Classes

The class is open to children of school age upwards but the important thing is they are grouped according to ability, enabling the more serious and competitive youngsters to achieve their maximum potential with the help and support of an experienced and qualified coach.

The gymnasts are put through their paces with a full body warm-up before going on to learn all manner of weird and wonderful skills and tricks associated with the sport, such as backward rolls and back-flips.
